Richard has 8 years of experience in graphic, web, print, and Flash design, as well as creative direction, market strategy and artistic management. He is a graduate of the Malaspina University-College Graphic Design Program, (Nanaimo, BC). Richard has worked for several large design firms where he started at the production level and worked his way up to Creative Director. He has worked with a wide range of projects, including multi-million dollar accounts for nation-wide clients. He has advanced skills in the Adobe CS3 Suite, specifically in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
Leif has been building websites from scratch for 6 years. He is self-taught and has advanced (X)HTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver skills. Leif started building custom websites as a part-time job while studying for a Music Composition degree from Capilano College (North Vancouver, BC). He has been working full-time in the web design industry since 2006. Leif is experienced at working with various web-based Content Management Systems (including Drupal, MODx, WordPress, and other custom-built solutions.) He also looks after the business functions of Hired Guns Creative.
Reed has a 4-year Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria. He has varied experience in procedural programming languages like C, PHP, and Perl, as well as extensive training in Object Oriented software design and programming methodologies. Reed has business administration and management, customer support, and marketing experience. He excels at picking up new technology trends and mastering novel programming API’s. Reed looks after Sales and Customer Support for Hired Guns Creative.
